A Mediterranean lifestyle includes fresh foods, lots of walking, getting vitamin D from the sun and enjoying dinner around the dining table with family. In Mediterranean eating, you eat good fats (replace butter with olive or canola oil) and enjoy plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains. Even red wine is okay in moderation! As part of our Eat Fit to Live program, we want you to know what the healthiest options are. Expert nutritionists from Healthy Dining have carefully analyzed all of our menu items. They look for items with lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and unsaturated fats that meet calorie, fat and saturated fat criteria.
